Project Management and Marketing professional with 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Project Management, and Relationship Management, leading complex projects, collecting marketing metrics, and serving as a liaison between internal and external parties to supply solutions to meet client and customer needs.

Senior Operational Scheduler

August 2021 - Present

As a Senior Operational Scheduler I play a vital role in ensuring operational excellence in the most efficient and expedient methods available. I am required to perform various functions which primarily entails programming flight crews and ensuring agreement with government and company regulations, airline schedule requirements, and flight crew qualifications. I am currently managing all special processes daily to utilize Flight Attendant resources using cost effective strategies. On a daily basis I demonstrate operational experience, while monitoring and researching the FAA regulations in place to ensure all requirements are met. I excel in providing a high level of customer service to our internal customers in a fast-paced environment. I work directly with IFS Leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure proper rules and regulations are met daily. Responsible for communicating with clarity and effectiveness with all levels of management, providing a concise narrative and point of view of complex issues.

Service Delivery Manager, AT&T

As a Service Delivery Manager, I specialized in identifying my client's needs and overseeing the delivery of services within the business context. I also worked with AT&T to establish and refine delivery processes and cross-functionality to manage complex accounts (Disney, LabCorp, Phillips 66, Microsoft, etc.) Streamlined processes and procedures to ensure dedicated customers have a great experience from the initial stage to the life-cycle stage.
Also, responsible for building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine services and criteria for delivering those services while providing supporting presentations and effective communication. I also worked to develop solutions to any issues that arise while overseeing activities, scheduling front-line operations and coordinated with other departments to ensure that proper appointments were made to meet company/customer appointments/commitments.
Managed the development, evaluation, and implementation of financial information for projects—conducted project meetings and responsible for project tracking and analysis. I coordinated critical events for the customer (Site Surveys and Test and Turn Up). Interacted daily and communicate with Customers while providing Ad Hoc technical consultation. I effectively met customer's needs, build productive internal and external stakeholder relationships. Responsible for scheduling, tracking, change management, evaluating, and controlling projects. I worked directly with cross-functional teams and executive leadership to create research presentations and summaries. I also served as an integral part of a delivery team that handled all projects' quality, budget, and timeliness.

Collaborated and attended partner briefing meetings, created and delivered training materials, coordinated activities to meet sales objectives, and provide status and custom reports as required with peers and senior management, cross-functionally managing all issues to resolution. Responsible for maintaining service levels by delivering inside and outside support for operations processes that support field operations. While in my Associate Service Manager position, I worked with customers to identify which methods processes are inhibiting and enabling effectiveness in the day-to-day operational activities. I also planned and executed customer retention campaigns to maintain and improved client-business relationships. Identified which methods and processes were enabling or inhibiting effectiveness of the day-to-day operational activities. Effectively managed 20+ corporate mid-market clients while ensuring high customer satisfaction and profitability.  I strongly advocated for customer retention campaigns with a solid influence to support and improve client-business relationships. I excelled in customer focus in customer-facing consulting with the ability to understand needs and when to escalate in my annual reviews. I continuously lead efforts to identify process effectiveness, efficiency improvement opportunities, and post-sales support. I received my Bachelors of Science in Mass Communication with a concentration in Public Relations with a minor in marketing.

  • Media Director - Practicum: Bluestone Public Relations Firm: Public Relations Campaigns COMM4421P (Capstone Course): Responsible for the social media content for the Carroll County Child Advocacy Center and WUTV. Created various plans to further engage the audience of the Carroll County Child Advocacy Center and WUTV. Created mock social media postings to show clients how and what to post and how it will be beneficial to their business. Organized Gantt Chart for the implementation of the various social media task for WUTV. Provided an overview of the timeframe for implementing the social media campaign. Properly met deadlines and contributed to the functioning and success of my team

I have recently completed the Masters of Business Administration in Digital Marketing program at the University of West Georgia.

  • Marketing Analytics: Worked with the University to show the effectiveness of their Social Media Platform. We created a Survey to send out to current students, including on campus, commuters, and online learners. We were able to conclude that the school's Social Media Effectiveness does not have a major impact for their students. We recommended having a team of students work with content creator as well as various departments to ensure information being posted is effective, creative and will drive for more interaction.

  • Marketing Strategy: Partnered with Southwire on a SMART Transformational Initiative for the company. Doctored a 5-Year Business Plan and deliverables. Implemented marketing strategies for new and existing products for Southwire. Designed, developed and implemented the launch strategy and programs for products and services within the Southwire Portfolio

  • Marketing Metrics: Measured and analyzed Marketing performance. Employed statistical software to analyze a firm’s marketing performance through marketing metrics, used the resulting analysis to make optional marketing decisions. Gained exceptional analytical skills and the ability to draw actionable insights from data.

    • Multidimensional Scaling, Multiple Regression, Conjoint Analysis, Logistic Regression, Diffusion of Innovation and Cluster/Factor Analysis.

  • Web Page Design: Created web content for mock businesses. Also, I learned the basics of web design, SEO and CSS. Developed a basic understanding of programming skills using JavaScript and jQuery and in-depth consideration of information architecture.
